    My Trip Report

Some of you have followed our Roomie adventures in the past.

Blonde tends to write succinct tales of our time together.

I start to do the same, but then the floodgates open, and my wee stories always seem to go on for so long, that people have been known to pass out from dehydration while reading them, if they do not have beverages within reach. (And yes...I often DO use long sentences like that one)

Blonde and I shared rooms this time as usual. I also had my own digs, at the beginning and end of the trip.

We always seem to have some new experiences each time we meet in Vegas, and to learn new things (which shouldn't be a surprise really, since I am an old dog, and a thing is a lot like a trick, eh?)

Speaking of tricks (Wow, what a segue!) this was our third Halloween Trip together. I missed last year's, but that just meant that I earned some extra days in town this time. (15 days for me, 9 for Blonde).

We behaved ourselves pretty well for a change, so perhaps that's a good reason for you to NOT read the report. Also, there are a lot of photos in it, so if you just want a big dose of meaty prose, it might turn you off.

Just thought I'd throw it out there, for anyone who may have recently broken their leg, and is housebound, has no friends to visit them, and is totally bored. This one's for YOU!! (I do not have your name, or I would have written a dedication on the front page....).

OR are you pulling my leg after reading the entire report? :wiggle:

I didn't see it. I think it's because it said that part two was coming soon and then there was a long blank space. I guess I didn't scroll down far enough. Good. Something to read over tomorrow morning's coffee.

By the way...thanks for commenting and making me realize that this could be an issue. Don't know where all that darn white space came from! Did put a small notation on the bottom of part one, thanks to your heads- up... Hope you enjoy the rest of the report and that your coffee doesn't go cold, LOL.

Flusher....I know how busy you get after taking a holiday from the #7 Grommet line, and was also waiting until you and the Quad Queen had time to count all of the money that you brought home with you.

Fantastic photos and report on your Vegas Adventures Kodi. Kudos to you for all the hard work you put into these reports. I always have good intentions but am easily distracted by shiny objects so just never follow through. Love the Halloween spider jewellery!

You must always keep the faith,
that she will, at some point,
be it several centuries from now,
    produce a trip report.[IMG]

Sigh....another great trip report has ended.....Sigh.

Seriously though, Thank You for a wonderful entertaining report. You obviously put in a lot of effort in doing this for us at VMB. Great job!

And thank you for that great photo of the famous Royal Flusher! Now that I know how he looks like I can be on the lookout for him, lol! :poke:

I'm sorry you don't like loco moco. Next time try the Tocino breakfast at the Market St. Café. It's a sweet Filipino sausage served with eggs any style.

Electroguy....I did not even try the Loco Moco. I was on the prowl for Prime Rib (Again!). I do think that I might give it a go someday...I like rice. I like meat patties. I like eggs. We'll see...

And THANK YOU, for reading and commenting. It's only this that keeps me grinding along when I get tired and too cranky to finish the darn thing, LOL.

What a great report and pictures, especially of the Prime Rib!! I love it rare, just like you. It felt like I was there with you on the trip, it was written up so well. A nd regarding your comment about people not tipping the shuttle drivers, isn't it terrible how people are? I just got back from Vegas last week, and I took the shuttle from the airport to the strip. I was the last guy dropped off, which I don't mind, since I go for 6 nights and not really in a rush. But not one person gave the driver a tip besides me. That is horrible, I think!!

I wondered last trip, if I had just had too much dried out and tasteless Fried Chicken before trying Sam's Town's, and that it perhaps was just reasonably good.
NOPE...it was fantastic this time too, and now I AM craving it. :licklips:
