For your gift wrap points, they expire at the end of the year if they are not used. Make sense and to redeem your gifts you must attend

    November 5, 2015 through November 9, 2015
    Rivoli Ballroom, Paris Las Vegas
    12:00pm - 8:00pm

    December 2, 2015 through December 6, 2015
    Palace Ballroom, Caesars Palace
    12:00pm - 8:00pm

So what happens after December 6th? Do you not get gift wrap points any more? Or do they continue as new for 2016?

Of course, depending on how many you have would have a bearing. Then you have to figure out what they are really worth vs. just buying the stuff on Amazon or at Walmart. We have done it in the past and it can actually be depressing trying to figure out what to do with so few points.

You can go here and get answers to most of your questions including your balance: https://greatgiftwrapup.com

And the simple question is the program ends for the year on December 6th = "Unredeemed Gift Points expire on December 6, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. PST. "

We went to the November GGWU. It seems that items were priced much higher than in years past. It was not worth it to make the trip.
We had a comped room but still had to pay the dreaded 'Resort Fee'.

And of course, I would guess you made a "donation" in the casino.

Your points are wasted and reset if not used by December 6th. I spent mine last year and got some good stuff, it also shipped pretty quick. I'll be there again this year but I have fewer points. I still enjoy the free stuff.

Right, and, you can also redeem the points for free play as well - 15,000 great gift wrap up points = $50 in free play

A lot of my gift wrap points are from my visit last December. It is not just what you earned in 2015. We thought making the two and a half hour drive to Las Vegas and collect my MGM gifts at the same time. With gas, I not sure I would be that much ahead.

CET is not allowing any offers with FP during GGWU. You'd have to be checking IN on Sunday (maybe Saturday) to take advantage of any FP offers.

Don't be surprised if the offer is "not available" for checkin on Friday or earlier.

Is this new? I definitely used a free play offer last year with the GGWU. I checked in Thursday, checked out Monday. Used my freeplay on the Thursday and then used my points for freeplay on the Monday, which was the last day of the GGWU.

I forgot to add that at the Gift Wrap up at Paris last week you were able to actually pick up the gift cards at the event instead of having them shipped to you
