No...I usually hit up the one on Sahara. It's about 2 miles west of the strip. There's also one across I-15 behind NYNY.

While I understand this is blasphemy (according to my friends), I don't get what all the fuss is about.

I've always wondered why there isn't one on the Strip. I think it'd make a KILLING with all of the non-West Coast visitors.

In-N-Out is a good California alternative to the shit of fast food-dom as we cruise about the Golden State. If folks want to run all over trying to tag that base on vacation, no worries. If someone else doesn't get it, no worries.

Been twice to the one behind NYNY and it was packed both times. Tons of cabs and even a limo going thru the drive thru.

We used to eat at least one lunch at the one behind NYNY, on every trip, but since there is now one a mile or two on either side of me here in central Texas, we have found that there are much better burgers and fries. I guess it was just the name and reputation. When the two opened here, there were huge lines inside and at the drive thru. Now there is hardly ever anyone at either one.

Always thought they should put one in McCarren. They would make a mint. If somehow they can take over that burger king with the seating area to the side in one of the terminals its in and you have time to wait for your flight, it would work there. The rent would probably be just as much as the stand alone stores they have (if they dont own the land) but alot smaller.

The In and Out on Maryland Pkwy is my preferred In and Out location. Its just a bit down from Tropicana. Very close to the airport and much less crowded than the one behind NY-NY

Absolutely. The only headache with this location is getting in when traveling north on Maryland Parkway. This requires a u-turn or left turn and reversal. They do a fraction of the business of the Dean Martin location (the highest revenue location in the entire chain) so the lack of a wait is huge in my book.

I prefer Fatburger myself...located on the strip not far from MGM. Their breakfast sandwiches help nurse me back to health from my hangovers.

My new boss lives in D.C. and one of the first things he asked was if we have any In & Outs in Northern Nevada for when he comes out to see me!

There's nothing special about in & out its just a good burger compared to a big Mac or whooper

As I mentioned in another thread, there are other burger joints that serve better burgers but I like In n out because they have some of the lowest prices for a burger and they are a lot better than the ones as McD's. I'm not the type to pay higher prices just for a burger so I like In n out because I usually spend around $5 or $6 for a meal (burger, fries and a drink).

btw, the In n Out on Tropicana is probably the closest one to the strip. You could even walk to get to it. The one on Sahara isn't very easy to walk to and I wouldn't recommend walking to it from the strip for sure. I took out from the Maryland parkway one but I didn't like the location, too much traffic in the area IMHO.

I've eaten at the three listed, the one on blue diamond past Silverton and the one West Sunset. All taste the same (obviously as it is a chain), but I kinda like the vibe/craziness on the one on Tropicana. Eating there, to me as a East Coaster, let's me know I'm in Vegas.

This is the correct answer. Fatburger blows away In-N-Out.
