    My Trip Report

So I've read quite a few of these and think I know how to keep it interesting and somewhat entertaining so I will try my best.

    Background

So this is where I usually like to put the age range of the group going and I'm sad to say I don't like to put it this year. This is the first time will be using a number with a 3 in front of it. There are two of us going both of us guys and 30 and 31 he will be known as J in this report. Your only as old as you act right? Well we would be 18-21 so we will go with that. The two of us are long time gambling buddies who frequent Las Vegas, random weekend adventures to Cincy, the locals, and now AC.

    Gambling Habits

I would classify us both as... well ya degens. I will be trying to tame it down a little since VMBers are talking me into the Dec meet. As far as games go we both enjoy some BJ, craps, slots, and will dabble in HL slots as well. I'm not sure how much I will be able to tame it down because once the drinks start flowing it's on. J I would classify a little higher on the scale of degeneracy. He is the one that says charge the food to the room and sign for it while I go get a few hands of blackjack in... really? You can't wait 5 minutes? Well ok! The one I get snapchats from at 7 AM from while in Vegas of a slot machine hit or a big stack of chips and it's not because he got up early to gamble. Things like that...

I am a green chip player from about $25-$150 and he has a lot more range than me about $50-$800. J likes to press and isn't scared to do it!

    Hotel

We will be flying there from Louisville, KY on a comped CET junket I received. Not sure how these things work but I'm picking up my tickets in the airport at a specified location and I filled out online where I wanted to stay at and requested a Centurion Tower room. Not sure if I will get it or how it goes? So we will be staying at Caesars in hopefully a Centurion room. If not we gonna have problems!

    To-dos

    - Go to every casino in AC (9 left I think?)
    - I will be collecting a $1 and $5 chip from each casino and possibliy a $25 chip if I bank a $1k win. (using B S's method from his TR's)
    - Hope to attend the Halloween party at Harrah's or possibly a club on Saturday night.
    - Would like to play my first hand of Baccarat.
    - Eat some good seafood (lobster and crab)
    - Play lots of BJ
    - I have an addiction to Monopoly slot machines so I will be hunting these out. It appears there is a new machine called "Monopoly Big Money Reel" at the Harrahs and some old favorites including Monopoly Bonus City and Jackpot Station.I seem to have an issue with Buffalo machines to and enjoy them as well.
    - Gentleman's club (not sure of the good ones?)
    - Drink lots of scotch, craft beers, and smoke a couple stogies.

As far as that goes that's about all I have right now. It will be my first trip so suggestions are welcome. If anyone else is there feel free to hit me up! I know this isn't Vegas but I hope it isn't a disappointment.

Have fun! We're making our own visit to AC in a couple weeks. It's not Vegas but it's a really fun casino town.

If you have the opportunity, I recommend spending some time at Playground Pier, which is attached to Caesars by skyway. It opened this summer and has an entire floor of different kinds of music clubs: 20s, Country, Rock, Blues, etc. It's a really good time.

What does a degen do before a trip? Gamboools at the local. Have some free play to burn and hopefully will add a little to the BR.[IMG]

If you make it to Caesars on Fri. night Caesars and Ballys are having a Halloween event where you pay $49 and go to many of the bars and restaurants where they give you food and drink. A costumed pub crawl . Sounds like it would be fun to watch.
Gonna be at Harrahs, maybe we'll jump on the shuttle and check it out. I dont know about the"Gentlemans Clubs" in AC, but I would keep the strippers far away from my drinks.

If you want an bit of vintage Vegas on your visit, check out the Riviera beer garden at the Playground. They incorporated furniture, lighting, servingware, staging equipment, and the red Riviera casino sign from Riviera's liquidation sale into the bar and it's right on the ocean with an open deck.
