I know there is a separate line for mlife/MGM buffets if you have Pearl or Gold and up. This has saved me from some very long buffet lines!

I am wondering about the CAFE's... specifically the Aria and Bellagio cafes... do they have a separate line for Gold and above cardholders?
I've never actually been to the Bellagio cafe but every time I've been through the conservatory the line looks like it's out the door!

Yes, skipping the coffee shop lines at MGM properties starts at Gold (Pearl only lets you skip the buffet). I've definitely encountered some extensive lines at Bellagio, though never too bad at Aria.

Some M Life let you cut with gold and above some with Platinum and above. Cafe Bellagio is Gold and above. Great place to eat as well

Usually it is a nice time saving.
I have been there on big event weekends where the MLife line is just as long as the regular line.

At Aria, I wish Gold would let you skip the lines at Starbucks and JP in the mornings. Forget the cafe, I never go there unless it's late at night.

I find Roasted Bean to be perfectly serviceable and there's never anybody in line. Also, JP's coffee-only line is often not bad, I think the longest line I've ever encountered was 5-6 people.

Roasted Bean is ok, but no desire to go there. It's mainly there for the poker room. They'd be better off just making it another Starbucks. You're right the coffee/crepe line at JP is usually not bad, but it can be. I go there almost every morning to get a crepe for breakfast when I'm at Aria.
