    Hi, what was the original asking price for condos @ Cosmo hotel? Also, do condos still exist there or were they all converted into hotel rooms?

    thats alot more than the veer sells for .studios or small 1 bedroom
    and mandarin is only selling penthouses

    Pretty sure you can get a unit @ MGM Signature starting at $150k.

    Of course there's a ton of monthly fees.
