From looking at the games, the only ones that are of any interest to me are:

    South Carolina -3
TCU/Minn o57.5 - TCU has a chip on their shoulder and a Heisman contender QB. I think they will put up 35+ alone. I liked the spread at -14 but at -17 not sure I like it.
    Mich/Utah o46

    Thoughts?

    I like TCU -17
    Duke -7
Lean a little toward WKU -2 but that's 3 road faves so that might be asking too much.

I'm so ready for foot ball to begin!!

Lay WKU -2 at Vandy. That line feels too good to be true. Western wins by double digits, IMO

I agree with this, because man Vanderbilt has just flat out nose-dived under Derek Mason, resulting in a 30 point loss in their opener last season, and it only got worse from there. I think the 'Dores are headed back in the direction from whence they came over the past several decades.

Last year's opener problems were exacerbated by the crazy weather and the BS about their uniforms. But still, I watch a few minutes of their practice almost every morning and they just aren't fast. And they have no quality QB. Thursday could get ugly

There ya go. Top 10 D combined w/ inept QB play allows the Gophers to lose big games close.

False confidence for me.......went 17/24 on the Yahoo college, but five or six were (off) so not really that good.

Would have been 18/24 as who would have guessed, even being a WSU alum, that we would have lost to Portland State. Good on them, they had never beat a PAC 12 team. At home........ 31 or 32 point home favorites......good grief. Sorry to any one who bet WSU.

    Good luck everyone this year.
