Just left Bally's breaking even at Blackjack after a couple of your play. $10 3-2 with surrender dealer hits soft 17.

Yeah, it seems like CET is slowly bringing back 3:2 BJ at some places. Harrah's has had $10 for a while, Flamingo and PH at $15. They started with the higher minimums and it seems to be working it's way back down.

I believe the term is "+1"...

Glad to see the pendulum is starting to swing back the other direction.

Yeah, very slowly. They definitely aren't the most perfect games that BJ connoisseur's here would prefer (single deck, S17, $5 min, etc.), but it is better than 6:5 everywhere except the High Roller room.

How about the Linq? I'll be staying there next month for the first time. What kind of rules will I find at the $25 level?

IP/Quad/Linq have traditionally had some of the worst rules in the CET empire. In 2012, I remember was only one 3:2 table at the $25 level anything lower was 6 to 5. If no one clearly knows the current status, I'll try to take a look next weekend.

Bally's $10 and $15 games are H17 8-deck games. Watch out for some 6:5 games sprinkled in there, though.

Paris also had some $10 H17 3:2 8-deck shoe games when I was there a few weeks ago. Again, keep an eye out for the 6:5 games.

What is the difference between 8 and 6 deck? Advantage wise?

About .02% assuming you play basic strategy and don't deviate

It would also matter somewhat for counting purposes.

Back in June at Linq anything under $25 was 6:5 but 3:2 started at $25. In osheas everything was 6:5, didn't matter the minimum.

Is there any other places on the strip to play 3:2 $10 or $15?

I've actually played it at the Cosmo. Best bet is early afternoon midweek. I played in the pit that's between Queue Bar and what used to be Book & Stage across from the high limit room.

Just got back from Vegas, I was kinda surprised how much $10 3:2 there was. Almost all CET properties had a few tables, the Monte Carlo, Luxor, Excalibur to name a few. Now this was Mon-Thurs and usually before 1pm
