I was in town a few weeks back and snapped this at the Mirage. the total wins seems to be consistent from book to book but the lines are obviously moving daily. I was able to get the Colts over 11 at +120. Lets hope all the new weapons Andrew Luck has acquired in the off season helps push them over the top.

This is great info........does the MGM also have action on NCAA FB season O/U ?

I have a friend going to stay at the MGM next week who is not a gambler, never been in a Book etc. but I want to bet a couple college lines I saw on five dimes.

She likely would not venture out of the MGM to place a bet for me so I'll be stuck with MGM. I don't see the NCAA lines on Vegas Insider, am I not looking in the right place for MGM lines ?

FYI.....and for general abuse....I am taking the Raiders over 5 1/2 ( a hunch) and I would like to bet the over on the Washington Huskies 4 games even though it's a -185.

    Thanks Everyone

    Rusty,

The MGM did have lines for NCAA football O/U. I can't ever seem to get my head around NCAA until a few games into the season so I wasn't going to make any total win bets. Tell you friend MGM typically has the sheets on the wall right of the betting windows.

After what I saw out of Trent Richardson over the weekend I would be a little worried about that Raiders bet.

    Thanks Darkace54.......... Perfect info.......

I know the Raiders bet is iffy, and a total hunch.......more just for fun and a second team to root for. Being an old Seattle native this was always my pro team of choice since I was kid, the Seahawks were not around yet when I started to get into football. They really did fall apart lately though. I miss the days when the Seahawks were in the AFC and we played them twice.

I am way more into college ball actually, and wanted to get a season bet or two down to keep me engaged all season since I can't wager every weekend. So.....I will coach my noobie sports book friend on what to look for when she gets there this weekend.

Thanks again for your help Darkace......exactly what I needed :):):)

From what I was reading today, If Brady gets his suspension lifted that 10.5 for the Pats may go to 12.5,

If that happens I might have the opportunity for a no risk straddle bet, since I already have them at over 10 games.

    Rusty,

Maybe you could place your sports bets at Planet Hollywood to get some CET Tier Points and watch the games at MGM? Also, I have $100 on the Raiders covering the 5.5 total. I'm a lifelong fan but the numbers seem pretty reasonable. If it were 6.5 I might have second thoughts.

Do you mean try to middle it and still make out on the moneyline? Taking the Under 12.5 even as -$ as the Over 10 you have must be -$ also ? Hope the 11,12,12.5 comes in?
And spill the beans PT what was actually on Brady's phone he got rid of was some cuke vids?? Ha I watched the Periscope vid...
    Best wishes this season!

Heynow Brick..............I won't be down until after the start of both pro and college so I need to send my bets down with a neighbor this weekend. I doubt she will venture too far from the MGM. Good idea though, thanks. Ohhhhh.....I just remembered I need to pick a driver for the Bristol race too. My surrogate gambler is going to have quite a learning curve in the Book !
