Just a little fun game to pass the time. Lets do some random vegas top 5 lists. Format will be each person replies to the last post, providing the requested top 5 list based on their experience and preferences, then requests a different top 5 list from the next reply.

As threat starter I will cheat and put up my own list before the request.

    1. Delmonico
    2. CUT
    3. Carnevino
    4. Gordon Ramsey Steak
    5. Craftsteak

Next request: Top 5 Vegas Pet Peeves

This is like warming for volleyball in a circle and the group can't get past one hit in the rally! Great idea though...

    1. Nine Fine Irishmen - dark in a NY setting - need I say more
    2. The creepy bar at SLS with the 3D image hanging over.
    3. Red Square at Mandalay Bay - never been in but it looks dark and brooding from the outside
    4. Breeze Bar at TI - compact dark closed in feeling - never seen it busy
    5. The Franklin Bar at Delano looks dark and brooding but elegant

Next question what restaurants have you never dined in - and never will or have no desire to dine (cost not being a reason why) do not list buffets or the fast food joints - enough has been said on the buffets and MickeyDs

I'll give an example - El Diablos's -- sorry cannot bring myself to eat a a restaurant called the devil.

    1) Steakhouse at Circus Cirus - Heard excellent reviews, meant to be great value, still not worth actually setting foot inside Circus Circus
    2) Joel Robechon @ MGM Grand - I like a pricey fancy vegas meal as much as the next person, but this probably would tip the scales in being of a style and a price point that I simply cannot imagine being worth it.
    3) Heart Attack Grill downtown - I overeat on occasion. I'll even binge at a buffet. But there is a degree of celebration of it even I find grotesque
    4) Tournament of Kings feast at Excalibur - I have no kids and this whole concept has always seemed cheesy beyond belief to me
    5) Ruth's Chris at Harrah's - who makes their casino steakhouse a stupid brand name chain restaurant? And who eats there with so many other options?
