    Hi,

A friend was in town on business and was staying at the Bellagio, so I wander over to play some craps with him.

Only play at CET so I'm just Sapphire status at Mlife.

Played for about a good hour, ended up leaving bout $2500 on the craps table, when they finally 7 out.

I just checked my MLife Account and my tier rating is still the same? Does MLife have a delay update or did I just screwed in the process from reading some of these post. Any suggestion or am I SOL?

    how much were you betting?

    they probably didn't rate you.

    but an hour at dice?

that's hardly going to get you any tier points anyway.

I did $300 across, including and power pressed the 4 and 10 to $1000 (combined), and the 6 and 8 to $900 (combined) and the 5 and 9 to $500, combined.

Probably better they didn't rate me then for tax purposes...

If you handed them your card, them you were likely rated. They fill out a slip and hand to a person in the pit to enter the information. Sometimes the computers are slow to update and sometimes it takes them a while to enter the info into the computer. I have had it take anywhere from an hour to 24 hours to post tier credits. Express comps usually post sooner.

rating has nothing to do with taxes.

Getting rated for craps at MGM properties leaves me confused. I am just a $10 bettor, 3 bets with full odds. I have had Bellagio and MGM pit bosses state that is not enough to rate; but Mandalay Bay and Luxor will rate me. I guess the rating policy varies from casino to casino.

Up until about 3 years ago, they all would rate any level of play.

If you pushed it they would all probably rate you.
I fail to see to see the benefit of getting rated just to get rated. At a $30 average you would have to play 10+ hours a day to really get anything back in comps.

I agree with that statement. I was confused over the statement as well.

Oh sorry, it's cause they didn't capture me on the Win/Lost Statement. Its still showing a lost from the last time I played there a while ago. I walked away with quite a bit of money, so they didn't adjust my Win/Lost Statement. I guess it doesn't really matter because you can always make this number up.
