Hey all, I have scoured the Google machine for this info, but can't find an answer. I'm headed to Vegas next month and I have a free play offer. 2 questions. Last year I had to go to the total rewards center, but I forget which tower or where it is(not the tr desk by the forum tower) any help reminding me? Also if I choose table play what denominations can I get the free play vouchers for? I seem to remember I got $25 last year, but I might want to go to $50 or $100 on some of my Fp...thanks!!

There is a desk in the Agustus tower, opposite Starbucks. Go with the $25 vouchers. You can always double up to play $50 at a time. I've only ever received $50 or $100 denominations.

Are you staying at the property you have free play for? Many times you must book your room under that free play offer to be able to get it.

I believe he's talking about converting RC to FP, which doesn't require a stay.

The OP indicated offer, not conversion. If I come in on a free play offer, I get a voucher at the TR desk. I have to choose which property and slots or table. I take the voucher to the cage to redeem.

I've always just gone to the cage when I'm booked on a free play offer. Never had to go to the TR desk.

Yeah, I guess you're right. I'd always had vouchers, which aren't coded to a casino. On this next trip, I have negotiated a higher level of FP with my Casino host, and I had assumed that this would just "be on my card".

    I guess we'll see.

If it is an offer attached to a room stay, they should be able to guide you with the info at check in. I could swear I got a voucher a check in that I took the the cashier to redeem.

I've never had free play loaded onto my card in Vegas. I have seen it in other markets. If you have ever dealt with Asian marketing, they handle free play differently? They have only ever offered me table vouchers, not slot play. To get the vouchers, I have to go to the cage and they call someone from Asian marketing to come and hand me vouchers and I sign for them. Also, my Asian offers are generally larger than my domestic offers.

I'm sorry I wasn't clearer, my bad! It's a Cet offer and I'm staying Caesars. Last year I thought I'd have to go to the cage, but at check in they sent me to a total rewards center at Cp(I think in the palace tower...such a blur!) I chose table play over reel rewards(doing the same this trip) and they gave me vouchers that I brought straight to the tables. I was able to use them all over not just Cp(flamingo,Ph,harrahs etc) hey dailun I'm interested in how you negotiated with your host for higher free play..was it difficult? Had you done that before? How significant was the increase?

I never heard of a Total Rewards Center. I stay at Caesars every trip and I always get my vouchers for freeplay at the cage. I don't know if they can print them out in any denomination, the ones I've gotten have been either $25 or $100.

Every Caesars/Harrahs property has a Total Rewards Desk/Counter/Center. You can get new/replacement/extra cards there. You can get your show tickets appropriate to your level. Some vouchers have to be done there.

Anyone else have any experience or success at asking your host for added freeplay? My host is so good to me w things, I don't want to ask her if it's not realistic. If it's realitivly common, I'll ask away!
