Howdy from Florida

Been reading here on and off through quite a few years. I have posted a few times but love reading the trips reports. Been to vegas I think about 10 times since 1987 (my first trip). A low roller - only take about $300 per day for playing but love it. Will be going back Aug 16-21 to celebrate our two year anniversary out there - got married there. We had been together for 10 years when we decided to get a piece of paper. We were supposed to go back for our one year but I ended up with breast cancer 4 months after our wedding. Finished treatment in April so this trip is a bucket list/celebration/anniversary trip. Staying at Bally's cause they comped all the nights even though I haven't been for two years. We are also taking a side trip to Zion National Park. Can't wait. Thank you to all of you who take the time to writes these great trip reports.

Thanks all for the welcome and good wishes! I will attempt to do a trip report upon return. To me a winning trip is about coming back with any of my gambling money still intact and memories to last a lifetime.

Nice to be able to simply fly out of Orlando to Vegas but the flight is looooong.

 

Congrats on the Vegas wedding: if given a redo would you do it all again like that? Where did the ceremony take place?
