Old School Hip Hop Thread

Despite me having a diverse taste in music (I'll jam out just about as hard to big band jazz as I will to hip hop) I love the old school hip hop. The 80s and 90s were a golden era for this genre.

Talking with Riddick in Tim's thread inspired me to start this for those of us who enjoy Backspin on Sirius to share songs and thoughts!

Any of you guys like DMX? In my just after high school days I'd rock It's Dark and Hell is Hot CD in my 91 Mustang GT with the JL Audio 12's until my ears wanted to pop. Tupac got a lot of play back then too
