anyone know which casinos in Vegas and Atlantic city offer comps for craps on the spread bet instead of just the individual bet?

If I understand what you mean by "the spread", I think the answer is all of them. Many casinos will not rate an odds bet. But all the other wagers are rated, to my knowledge

    I think I know what you're saying...
IE: If you bet $220 inside, are you being rated as a $60 average, or a $220 average?
That's a good question...I'd HOPE they rate you as a $220 average...but I'd bet more that they're rating you at $60 (because casino's like to be "chintzy" on craps comps)

Man I'd like to think if I had $220 inside that would be my average bet....Hell I got $220 out there!

The only time I had a problem was with a cranky pit boss at Aria, who refused to bet anything other than the initial bets (i.e., he wouldn't give credit for pressing). It was annoying, because I was pressing frequently and hard, but the pit's justification was, "Well, the guy rolled for a long time, so it doesn't count." Ridiculous, and I talked him up, but I think the pit was just not a fan of the guy who was rolling.

But yes, they should be rating everything other than your odds.

I commonly bet $660 on the inside for a hit or two then drop my bets to $220 inside and press from there. At the end of the session when I ask for my rating it's usually in the $300-$400 range. Only once (at MGM) did I get into it with a pit critter who tried to rate me at $200.

Oh man, MGM was the only place where I had the pit try to dramatically underrate me for no reason. That one pit boss at Aria was annoying, but he just hated the guy rolling (who, to be fair, was swearing a ton and dressed fairly "ghetto", for lack of a better way to put it). I think that, had the shooter not been so offensive, the pit would have been in a much better mood.

Still not professional that it would have any impact on your rating..

All bets except odds should be rated as a total.
$330 inside plus a pass line for $25 should be a $355 avg.

Over the years I have benefited from very generous ratings where I know the crew and tip the dealers.
I have also been on the short end where the floorman was on too busy BSing with dealers at another table or flirting with the cocktail waitress to really care about what he entered .
