    Weird that they put the Grand "Bizarre" shops at the top of the list. I've walked through there a few times. I don't get it. Yes the only, ugly people mover is gone as are the beggars but half the shops aren't open and the other half had things for sale I have no interest in.

    My guess this will be a big mistake on the strip, with constant empty storefronts as leases expire.

    LVA has a long standing tradition of putting any new openings on the top of the list for a month.
