    My Trip Report

Hit two local indian casinos last night to cash in some freeplay.

Started out great, went on a crazy run in BJ and turned $60 into $250 in about 1/3 of a shoe. Gave a little back but walked with $150. Then I bounced around a little, lost some here and there, hit 25 free spins on Beir Haus, cashed up $60. Then hit a cold spell and blew my BR for that casino.

Drove to the next casino and was ice cold! Lost my BR in 10min!! On tilt, I went to the ATM and got more...hopped on a $5 slot and started chasing...got caught...lost it all. Went back to the ATM and go more cash. Back to the same $5 slot and hit a few nice double double mixed 7s which got me up about $100 for the night. I thought about stopping, but convinced myself that I would play a few hundred (since I had already planned on losing SOME this night)...well next thing I know, I bust out...gave it ALL back...went nearly 100 spins without hitting ANYTHING!!! I figured it was "getting ready" so I kept playing on.

Now pissed at myself, and on tilt, I go back to the ATM and get more money...Start playing the same $5 slot...turns out...it WAS getting ready. I hit two double double double mixed 7s, back to back, for $800 each!!! WOOT WOOT!! up a few hundred again! Ok, I will play down to even then quit. A few spins later, BOOM a double double mixed 7s! I AM ON FIRE!!! I keep playing, and keep hitting a few small wins. I end up cashing out up $700 for the night! I go to the cashier and cash in the TITO, I am heading to the exit and think, "That $5 wheel of fortune was taunting me...I better give it a piece of my mind" (and wallet!). So I walk over to it, slide in $200...nothing, another $200...nothing, another $200...nothing... And when I say nothing, I mean NOTHING...not a damn thing. So now I am only up $100 for the night...I tell myself, play the last $100 then leave even...4 hours of entertainment for free...thats a win in itself. So I put the last $100 in and a few spins in, I hit the spin feature...FINALLY! It spins, it spins, it lands....on $175... aRE YOU KIDDING ME!! $175... after I dumped over $600 into it! what a piece of junk! I play a few more spins to get me to an even $200 and cash out...

I am heading to the exit and think, "Just play the $200 TITO, you were planning on losing some tonight anyways...just do it" So I walk to a machine that I had won on during pervious trips and there is a guy sitting at it not playing, I asked if I can play and he tells me he is saving it for his wife...ok fine. I go to the other side of the cluster of slots and see two Pink Diamond slots right next to each other, multi denom ($1, $2, $5, or $10)... I pick the one on the outside because I didnt want to sit next to anyone. Put in my $200 TITO, 9th spin in! BOOM HIT THIS!!!

MY FIRST HANDPAY!!! AND ITS A GOOD ONE!!!

I get my money, donk off $500 of it playing some other slots and leave with a nice $3500 profit!!

I am in a weird mood about the whole thing...I really kinda lost control, and kept chasing...didnt stick to my limits, and kept going back to the ATM...which is really unlike me...especially when I am sober. Thankfully it worked out this time. But it kinda scared me that I DID, in fact, lose control.

Sweet hit! Glad you recovered from being on tilt. I think most of us has been in chase mode more than once...awesome job! Hope you get many more!

I can't make out the pic on my phone, but was this at Pala?

If it wasn't for that stupid middle reel it could've been a REAL big night!

I would NEVER go to an ATM after my loss limit--period. Good hit but, I won't ATM the casinos---they love it.

I'm guessing Talking Stick in AZ?

Nice hand pay! At least it's not one of those that are barely over $1200.

Very close Plee, this was at Lone Butte. I hit Wild Horse first, then Lone Butte since its on the way home from Wild Horse.

No, I origianlly took $320 for the night, $160 for the first casino and $160 for the second. I had $15 free play at the first, and $15 free play at the second, but at midnight I was getting another $10 at the second (thats why it worked out so well being the second one I stopped at) The first time I hit the ATM I pulled $180, to make it an even $500 for the night. The second time was for $200, then the third and final time was for $300.

The ATM charges $2.50 fee per transaction, and then my bank charges another $2.50 for that ATM. so it cost be $15 in ATM fees for the night.

Easier said than done when in the moment (and by yourself)

When I go to Vegas I leave my ATM card at home, as a risk mitigation tactic...especially cause I drink when in Vegas

Congratulations. One thing about the Tahoe trip. Only a $2000 hard marker limit and only a 30 day float if you take it out from the pit.

That's a bad sign. This time it worked out, but just remember . . . .

    But . . . I digress. Congratulations!!!!
