What is the best, in terms of comps/rewards, of the reward clubs on Fremont St? I am going to do the same amount of gambling regardless, but was curious which would give me the best rate of return. I typically play $.25 VP and $10-$20 pai gow/blackjack. Just curious how the casinos all stack up against each other. Just looking for personal experiences with each. Right now considering places like Plaza, Golden Gate, and 4 Queens. Thanks for your help.

I play 5-25 min. Blackjack and .25 VP with some penny slots mixed in. I always stay at The Fremont and have never paid for a room. I always give them at least 4 hours or more of play and they usually throw in some free meals too if I ask.

Might I ask, is this up front comp for room, or at check out? My play at Fremont is almost exactly as yours, and I usually get comped on "back in", which I hate. I just hate to ask, I'd prefer upfront. Thanks in advance.

Usually the rooms are from mailers. If there aren't enough days on the mailers, I will reserve the room and ask for a Host. Sometimes they will upfront comp the room, but if they don't they will usually take it off at the time of checkout. If they don't, not a huge loss as the room rates are around $35 a night with no resort fees. Just call and ask for a Host. The worst they can say is No

So is Fremont a little better about the comps than other Boyd properties? Seems other places, such as MSS or Orleans have cut back. I have just heard that the more independent places seem to be better about offering a little bit more.

Thanks---changing Fremont to my home casino in April per suggestion from host. Currently another Boyd property is home casino and all my upfront rooms are from them.

Looks like we will be there at the same time---I'm on 53 days as of today----
