Have an opportunity for first row Carrot Top seats and was wondering if this is too close - my concern is having to look up at the stage all evening. Can anyone offer any feedback? Thanks!

Only if you can't do shots of Crown Royal! We have sat in first row twice, it is just fine and I highly recommend. Both times CT has shared shots of Crown with us! The first time he gave us a signed travel size bottle to take with us. A great show, I have seen twice and will def see a third time and I wasn't even a CT fan until the first show!

    Awesome, thanks Capt.Ron!

I'm definitely not afraid of Crown - just a stiff neck. Sound like this is not a problem. I've heard it's an awesomely funny show.

You will be just fine and glad you were in the front row!

^This! I've sat in the front row and 2nd row. Both times right in the center. Didn't manage to get any Crown. he takes the bottle and heads to your right with it and up and around behind you.

Headed back to see him again in April. Can't wait!

He also steers himself directly towards any good looking female audience members!

First time I saw him there was a very well built woman in the front row. When the Crown came out she got the first shot along with a couple of nice compliments LOL.

Rob Sherwood opened for him both times I saw him. He's got the one line "You think you're old sir?". For whatever reason he pointed to me both times. hhhmmmm

We were there on his birthday, there were some of his rock star buddies in the crowd. My GF knew who they were, but I didn't. His GF came out on stage and gave him a b-day cake, she was smoking hott and about 20 years younger!

The wife and I sat in the first row and had a great time. No shots of Crown, though.

Based on the 2 times I've seen him you stand a good chance of it.

Wife and I sat in front row last year and enjoyed it a lot. We did not feel like we were too close. We each got the shot of Crown too.

The stage isn't very high. Front row is perfect for Carrot Top.

Ron, his birthday show was the night I was there as well, got to meet Vinnie Paul from Pantera afterwards and get my pic taken with him. I am seeing him next month for my third time, front row seats 9 & 10. My brother is going with me. I would see him 40 times if I could, its that good. Get there early, they have an insanely funny bloopers reel to watch before the opener takes the stage.

Just booked tickets to see him for the first time. I never had any interest til I started reading all the reviews here that said the show is hilarious and "the best show you never thought you wanted to see." We got 2nd row on the aisle, which is perfect, as my husband is a tall guy.

If you do sit first row, make sure to wear a poncho to avoid getting flung botox residue all over your clothes.
