Vpfree2 lists several good $.25 and $.10 ddb and job machines. Can anyone confirm they actually exist and give me an idea of where to find them.

There are some good 10¢ 50 or 100 play games (can't remember which, sorry) between the Identity booth and the Book & Stage. If memory serves, the ones I played faced LV Blvd...or rather, I faced LV Blvd, the machines actually faced west, I guess.

I also played a good quarter game (again, either 50 or 100 play) in the HL room. It was on the bank closest to the entrance to the HL room - facing the main casino (again, the player faces the main floor). I believe you could play 10 lines as a minimum.

I'm a DDB guy - I can't confirm that these games also had good JoB.

I played $.10 8/5 bonus poker last month on the 100 play machines. The two machines listed on VPfree are there. Minimum bet is two lines ($1). The location descriptions are pretty vague. "Near Book and Stage" is right--it's right next to the craps tables. "Other side of table games from high limit rooms," I can't help you with, because I don't know where the high limit room is. The machine is fairly close to the Identity desk by the hotel lobby, not far in to the casino.

Both were very friendly to me, with a number of 4OAK. But there are only two, and I got the sense that I wasn't the only one looking for them, so playing at off-hours might be advised. It was fun to play full-pay ten-cent VP in fancy-schmancy Cosmo!

I played the one near book and stage in September, but I played "Airport Deuces" (98.91%) for pennies instead because more lines equals more fun, right?

    :evillaugh

The other games for dimes were there when I was there too. But the deuces game is only 98.91% at pennies. Odd.

The Cosmo vpFREE2 Games page gives the locations of those games within the casino and other details:

    http://www.vpfree2.com/casino/cosmopolitan-las-vegas

And there's a link to the casino property map on the Cosmo vpFREE2 Info page if you want to get an idea of the floor plan before you go there. Click on this link then scroll down and click on "Casino":

When it says 1 play spin poker deluxe does that mean I can bet 1 line 5 coins for max bet like a single line poker machine. I never played spin poker.

Yes, you can play 1 line at 5 coins on any spin poker machine. But, playing one line can be a bit of torture. Here's an example from a Spin Poker game. If I would have hit the Ten of Clubs in the top right or bottom right corner, I would have been pretty pissed.

I see what you are saying, after I posted I checked it out on Videopoker.com and yes I totally can see that, esp if I am playing at the dollar level there at cosmo!

I can confirm the quarter game in the HL room is 9/6 for JoB. Minimum bet is $15. I was playing 12 hands a time.

VPFree2 said that got downgraded at quarters last month. :( They say you have to play at 50c or $1 now.

Also I'm not sure the dime 100 play on the floor even has job, but you'd rather play 8/5 bonus on that one anyway.

Maybe I was on the 50c machine. I remember debating between 12.50 and 25. I was a big tipsy to be honest. Regardless I left there with a very expensive comped beverage.
