I'm sure this has been asked a ton, but I cant seem to find any good threads. Are these offers worth it? Is there a good party atmosphere at these lounges? We might stay at Aria just to use this reward and I haven't been to either venue or gotten bottle service at a Lounge before. Thanks!

I'm not really on MyVegas, which lounges are these for? If it's either Deuce or Gold, I'd say that Deuce generally isn't a great vibe; it's too open to the rest of the casino floor, in a weird location, and very often is closed for tournaments, private events, football games, etc. The times when I've been there in the evening, it's just not very busy or the crowd seems off. Gold tends to be a bit better and has more of a lounge/club atmosphere (whereas I'd call Deuce just a nice bar).

Either way, though, Aria is a fantastic property and definitely worth staying at, rewards or not.

I just used the Gold Lounge MyVegas reward for the second time on Saturday night. Gold Lounge is more of a club and Deuce is more of a laid back lounge with a bar and blackjack tables. The Gold Lounge reward is a $500 credit for one bottle. Grey Goose is $425. You cannot use the difference for anything else such as red bulls or water. Red bulls are $10 and waters are $7. There is a mandatory minimum 20% tip or $100 whichever is greater. At the end you will also be asked if you want to give any money to the busser/barback or any additional money to the server. Security may also want a $20 if they go out of there way to help you out. I booked directly through the main Gold Lounge host, Jack Ross and I tipped him a $20 too just because he's a nice guy and returns emails quickly and hosts always appreciate a little something.

The music is a mix of hip hop and some older stuff, sometimes 80's music. NO EDM. Usually a more laid back crowd and a little older than a regular club. Dress code is not enforced. They have a lot of promoters inside Aria and on the strip handing out passes to this club. It can be hit or miss as to how busy it is. It is right next to Zarkana showroom and they heavily try to get people exciting that show to enter Gold Lounge. When I went in February it was busier and a more lively crowd with bachelorette parties and lots of people. This Saturday it was a little slow and we ended up finishing the bottle and going to Haze the rest of the night. Be advised that Haze is a hip hop/R&B club and can bring out a rougher crowd but it was packed that night and more happening than Gold. Aria guests get free entry to Haze,

Thanks for all the input. Am I reading correctly to use this comp you have to stay at an MGM resort and NOT Aria in particular? That could be a big deal for us.

Definitely recommend gold bar over the deuce bar. We went on a Friday night and it got busy around 10:30ish.

Agree with the comments above - pretty laid back and chilled out.

They requested we got there at 9pm but I would imagine you could negotiate to 10pm as it was pretty empty until then - have fun!

I have been playing MyVegas for a while now, and in 5 seperate trips, I will say the Gold's Lounge Bottle service is by FAR the best value for your LP's. IceIcecool's comment above nailed it on the head, with the exception of the dress code, it's pretty dressy in there. They won't allow jeans, shorts, hats, stuff like that. Most people had suits without a tie. It's a good scene, good music, and the crowd is a tad older, but being 37 years old, it was perfect for me.

From what I "remember" about this night, is they bring a bottle of Grey Goose, and a ton of mixers (OJ and Cranberry Juice). We (me and 5 others I was with) tipped the waitress $100 off the top, then took care of everyone later. I highly reccommend you go through Jack Ross to redeem this. He's a great guy, very professional, and will set it all up for you.

Do they actually check that you're staying at an MGM resort to use this reward?

They didn't check me, or ask me. This was on 10/4/14, so maybe the policy has changed.
I've noticed a big discrepancy in the rules of this game. The operators at MyVegas say one thing, their supervisors say another, the hotel says another, then the MLife desk (depending on the hotel) have something else to say. Oh well, worked out great for me this last trip. Good luck!

Pretty sure Deuce is closed or will be soon. Just something to consider.

Not our experience in July - could use the difference.

It was just me and my bro, tipped $100 at the end - never asked if we wanted to tip anyone else.

There is a washroom attendant, so you may feel the need to tip him every-so often .

We had a blast and were treated like stars! Couldn't fill our own drink, they were there doing it, refreshed mixes/ice every 30 minute or less!

Golds Lounge Reward: We used this on a Friday October 17th. Went through Jack Ross... never asked if I was staying at the Aria, and we have in the past a few times, but this time we were at MB/Delano and unfortunately MGM... The crowd is a little older, which is good for us.. our group was 40's-50ish... (one was 30).. We had 6 in our group which was a good amount of people. For us, 4 would have been too much booze. We ordered the Grey Goose and had all the mixers.. We tipped our waitress right off the 20% or $100 and only saw her a few times... LOL... The busboy or another server attended to our needs. We tipped him additionally since he did a great job. We were pretty dressed up, but one in our party did have jeans on, so I think jeans with nice jacket or top are fine. It was a retro night (why we picked Friday) and it was mostly 70's 80's and 80's dance music. We got there around 9:30 and it was fairly dead, which was fine.. we all met up and talked and then by 10:30-11 it got crowded and the dancing started. This is much more of a lounge than a club, but for us, at this point in our lives, it was perfect. I would do it again on a reward. It seems to be one of the remaining rewards worth the lps in my opinion. I think what you get for the reward may vary depending on the night and your waitress, etc. We were told we could have up to $500 bottle and all the mixers but any appetizers, water, red bulls, beers, would be extra. I think some have gotten the difference of the $500 value and the lesser priced bottle at $385 for SKYY. We did not but I was wise enough to buy one of the pricier vodkas.... why not? Again, I would do this again since I think this is a good reward.

So has the reward changed - in the sense that the credit is only for 1 bottle and that you can't use the remaining

    OR

    is this a grey area?

Because back in July we were even told that we could use the remainign credit on redbull, shots ect?

Anyone have experience AFTER JULY where they were able to use the whole credit?

It's my understanding that the reward currently includes a bottle of Skyy and standard mixers (cranberry, orange, etc.-- no Red Bull). I'm using it at the Gold Lounge next week, so I'll report back with confirmation.

It's "open" right now but operating as the high limit room while they're renovating the actual one. I would not be surprised in the slightest if it closes once the renovations are done, mainly because I think there's way too much overlap with Alibi (which I hadn't realized until recently was also a Light Group property).
