Lots like a terrible card this week.
I'm going to take the same team as last week.
This time they are at home.
    Indy -3

i went to add to my original post, and i'm not seeing my picks, and rationale, posting, which is irritating, so here's the short version, no explanation, of what i like so far:

    DAL -5.5
    cle -4.5
    BUF -3.5

money line for Thursday night on New England

CHI -3.5 at home against MIA. Dolphins can't score enough points to keep up with the Bears offense so this one seems easy to me.
ARI -3.5 on the road at OAK. Some will be big on the Raiders after their shootout this weekend with the Chargers but I see that playing into the Cardinals favor as the Raiders are terrible and unlikely to perform like that 2 weeks in a row.
DET -2.5 at home against NO. I won't touch because I don't bet the Lions because they are my team but I like their chances here with no Jimmy Graham for the Saints especially if you can avoid the hook at 2.5.

every pick so far in this thread has been a chalk and I will continue the parade with Denver
    anything under 7 I'm grabbing
SFO has back to back road games and a short week and having to overcome the other things you have to deal with playing at Denver
I don't like some of the things I saw from SFO in the Monday nite game.
I don't bet many NFL games but I'm betting this one

SF plays up to their opponent. I don't see SF beating blown out. Granted Patrick Willis might be out for a couple weeks with a messed up toe. I like the teaser card SF +10.

they couldn't convert some key 3rd and shorts in the 2nd half
Rams had some receivers running free last night
combine that with the intangibles of back to back and in Denver I think it's a bad spot
I think teasing the chalk down is a better play

For New England /Jets on Thursday weather is supposed to be raining sideways , Mayo, Ridley both done for the year. Still think Pats will cover, not so sure about the over

As bad as the Jints were in Philly the have played VERY WELL out in Dallas. NOT saying they will win but like them to cover(anywhere from 5.5 to 7 in some lines) but like the OVER 47.5 to 48.5

Seattle to cover. On the fence with New England and Green Bay. A couple long shot money lines with Miami and New Orleans this week. Denver/SF should be a great game, if SF cannot pressure Peyton, (Peyton did not look comfortable passing last week and have to down grade him a few points, but he shouldn't crack like his brother). NY/SF game was a disappointment. Have to put NY back in the recycle bin. Jmho.

As a Cowboys fan, I'll agree with this somewhat. These games seem to always be decided by 3 points.

I don't like the over. I never play the over with a predominantly running team... but the Cowboys turn the ball over. Best play is a no-play there, IMO.

i am skeptical of NE these days, but i figured they had to be good for a win over the Jets, and only by divine intervention did they pull it out. good start to week 7 for me.
