I received an invite for MGM's Superbowl Party. I have never been to one and wondering if anyone who has could chime in and let me know what it's like and what's included. Thanks

Lots of food and all you can drink and lots of big TVs to watch the game. Will have some couches for VIPs but most people will sit at big tables. Can't beat it really.

OK, I'll bite. In your opinion, why is the Bellagio Big Game party the best of the MGM parties?

I've been to comped big game events at Hilton, Venetian, Caesars, Golden Nugget and Mandalay Bay in years past.

I was disappointed with Mandalay's party last year in their events center. There was no in-room betting station which meant you had to go stand in the sports book after the game to cash your winning tickets. Also, they didn't have squares you could purchase for a chance at quarterly winnings. Also, no in room tables (blackjack, etc.). Also, the random raffle prizes they gave away were cheesy (no signed memorabilia). Of course, the food, drink, and viewing were good as is usual for these types of parties.

Just curious as to the hype about the Bellagio big game event.

Thanks

incredible buffet with all the artery clogging tailgating food you could want - brats, ribs, burgers, dogs, pizza, etc. also steaming hot crab legs and a huge cold seafood buffet. this year i'm going to come hungrier because i didn't do it justice last year. full bar. a huge candy display with just about everything for your sweet tooth. dozens of huge projector screens around the room, plus 50" TVs in front of the couches. great surround sound.

Thanks for the reply Shifter. I hear you about the incredible food. All of the spreads have been pretty elaborate at the viewing parties I've been to in the last 10 years.

A few more questions about the Bellagio . . .
  • Do they have in-room betting & ticket cashing at Bellagio?
  • What about the big boards where you can purchase a square for $50 or $100 and winners are paid out quarterly?
  • Do they have tables set up for those wanting to gamble before, during, or after?
  • Do they give away random raffle stuff throughout the game?

Hope you have a stellar weekend Shifter

The betting stations are in the hallway just outside the ballrooms, you do not have to go to the Sportsbook.

No big boards

No gambling tables inside the ballrooms - really no room

Give you stuff before you go to the game. Last year was Under Armour pullover with B logo, B SB hat, other small goodies. You can also take the centerpiece from your table if you like that is always something football related - nerf football, logo stuff from each team, etc. Nothing else given out during the game.
