I did a search and didn't find anything about this...

I was going to log onto Venetian's Club Grazie program to check my points and status generated from a recent trip, but the old pointers to get there from the Venetian site are gone, and the google result for Club Grazie doesn't work.

    Anyone know what's up?

I walked through there almost everyday, all their players stations is down and website and its been down for quite some time now. The only way to check your points now is to physically be there, at the players club or put your card in a slot machine. I asked when its gonna be back up, they dont know.

I have no factual information at all.

I will share that a few years ago, we did a status match there from Diamond at CET. Did not get us much. Comps sucked, other than rooms, and some $50-$100 food thing, but it was hard to figure where we could use it.

I was there during some promotion once and tried to clarify the play/points deal and could not get any kind of answer from their staff. I would say their players club staff is the worse.

Around that time they stiffed some people with free rooms. Though it appears that practice is long gone, it still riles many. They went with the direction of catering to conventions and screw the gambler. They are still trying to recover.

I have gotten calls trying to get us back. I explain to them we prefer and almost totally stay in real suites. Ones with a DOOR separating the bedroom. Host just kept offering their regular rooms. Great rooms, but not a suite.

I just go there to grab the freeplays then dip. I wish their status match was still going on i would have their top card. Grazie does have the highest standards, most play for the least back, higher than all of the big four, mlife tr station boyd.

On BBC World the news crawl stated that member's information may have been compromised.

The member's that might have had their information compromised was from the east coast Grazie Bethlehem casino and not V&P, at least according to newspaper reports.

By the way I was staying at Palazzo when the hacking went down, it did disrupt some of the services but the staff worked hard to maintain good service and security during that time period was beefed up both in the casino, the room floors and outside they were searching cars before they allowed them to enter.

For now if you want to check your points and offers you will need to call them and ask to speak to the player's club or your host.

Here's a number if you don't have it.

    Grazie Services at: 1-866-312-0009

    Thanks evoni.
    Can you please elaborate.......
Are they searching the cars more than usual?
Did you have to open trunks, etc?

I've cut back at staying at Palazzo, and complained before, because their
guards at the Pal. self- parking entrance booth takes their job way too seriously........long before this.
You should be able to show a room key or something to speed up the process.
Its been ridiculous for a long time.

Love him or hate him, you can't deny that Adelson is in a fairly unique situation (within Las Vegas) with respect to security/terrorism concerns.

I'm not saying you shouldn't cut back on your stays, or completely avoid V/P if you don't like it or him - I'm a big fan of voting with my wallet. But I do think that a bit of zeal from his security crew should probably be expected.

That security thing with cards is a real joke. Really.

1 - you can walk into the place with no checking.

2 - They do not open bags when doing the car thing.

3 - They do not look under the car.
    or under the hood
    or under the seats
    or......

What kind of fools are they trying to stop?

Or, and by the way, you could have a ____ and just keep driving right in anyways. What are they gonna do?

Most of the time they don't bother to stop the cars and do a search at all at Venetian/Palazzo. However during the time period I was staying there (2/10 to 2/12th) and perhaps afterwards they were stopping everyone who was doing a self park as my friend who lives in Vegas had that happen to her every time she parked her car when visiting me those days. They did open her trunk but since she wasn't staying there and didn't have any luggage I'm not sure if they did any additional searching or not.

As nostresshere mentioned the checking of the cars really doesn't add much to the security as they weren't searching people walking into the casino.

Not just hacked, HUGE, major security breach, lost everything. I'm sure it'll take a while for them to recover.

Who cares if they check the cars? It's one of biggest hotels in the world... they wanna be safe. If you had something shady in your car, that would probably freak you out.

I emailed my host and he called me back and told me what offers I had. It didn't seem like there were as many as I used to see on the website, but there was something I could use for my May trip. It's a little inconvenient (especially for someone like me that checks offers often and when I see something I like I build a trip off that) but I got what I needed. It must be a huge pain for the hosts, though.

The last 3 weeks Grazie seems to be snail mailing and emailing out offers frequently. I'm getting a couple each week. However, I agree it still must be a pain for the hosts. I would prefer being able to check them online as in the past.

Unfortunately most don't have a clue what you are talking about. Many don't care. And we can't talk about it here.

I don't have a host and I haven't received any offers via e- or snail mail.
So I went ahead and called them, first they put me on hold for 15 minutes!
I hung up, tried again, got connected to answering machines twice
but on the 4th attempt I got hold of someone who could tell me that I
    did indeed have two offers.
The best one was $300 gaming $50 dining and a $50 Macy's gift card,
which, apart from the $50 gift card, is identical to what I had the last time
I could log into the account.

Not sure if there's 2 Ven/Pal website questions going on?

    The website IS up.
But as far as checking your Grazie acct.? Still Not working.

I would think they are missing the boat, taking so long for
Grazie members to check their accts.

I like ez. That ain't it.
Hence, I've yet to stay there this year......
They are making it harder and harder to maintain Gold.

Thanks for good Club Grazie website info

Today is my first time searching for info regarding the inability to reach the Venetian club Grazie website which resulted in many helpful answers from many of you as to the site being down since March of this year. As another member stated, the Grazie website was easy to use when planning a trip - much quicker than waiting on snail mail - I hope the site comes back online soon!

Would like to thank all posters who provide great info and insight!
