What is the best option at slots with a $100 bill?
Because I am kinda on a budget I was wondering what's the best thing to do if you have a $100 bill and want to gamble as long as possible with it and at the same time have fun. I don't like videoslots but I do like classic slots. I don't want to play 2c, 1 line but maybe 25c per spin with max lines. It would be nice if there are slots I can hit a jackpot with my 25c bet. Is this possible?
I'm gonna tell you my secret, but you gotta promise not to tell anyone else....
There are 2 machines for you.
There is a .25 Cent "Party Spin" 5 coin in max machine at Caesars Palace by the Showroom.
Every morning at 4:11 AM exactly it hits a major bonus payout. It is set up in the computer chip this way. But you have to get there at least 2 hours ahead of time as people are starting to find out about this machine...
The other machine is downtown at The Gold Spike. It also hits in the morning at 4:48 AM exactly. It's called "The Luck be Lucky today" machine a .25 cent machine...Huge Bous round
LOL LOL... my bad....!!!
just seek out machines that may seem like FUN TO YOU..Everyone is different and a machine that is fun to one person, may not be fun to you,,,and vice versa...
If it seems cold after awhile move on...maybe
But you never know... about 7 years ago my late wife and I were at a Blazing 7's progressive machine at The Bellagio. We had gone to watch the water show...
We put $100 in at $3 per max spin....got down to $12 on the machine and then we hit $1,014......
It was nice...
Moral of the story...YOU NEVER KNOW,,,I guess that's why they call it gambling....
have a blast.....!!
Downtown has a lot of 1, 3 and 5 line reel slots at 5 cents so you can play max bet on those at 25 cents. There'll also be lots of 10 cent slots too where you can play the same 1, 3 or 5 lines.
There are lots of 25 cent reel slots at the casinos on The Strip - just look for one that lets you play all symbols for 1 credit bet.
A few casinos have Hot Hot Super Respin three reel machines - I like to play these at Mirage, Excalibur and Planet Hollywood. Most of these are multi denomination 1c, 2c, 5c, 10c or 25c. You have to bet 14 credits per spin to activate the Hot Hot Super Respin feature so at nickles that would be 70c per spin.
Monte Carlo has a bunch of 5 cent multi card video keno. You can play a card for 5 cents up to 20 cards.
There are lots of 50 and 100 play video poker machines out there (almost every casino has 2-3 of them for as little 1 penny per credit). You don't have to play all the hands so if you want to do something like $1.00 per play you could pick 20 hands at 5 credits per hand.
Most casinos have Spin Poker at 1 penny. You can play 9 lines at 5 credits per line for 45 cents per hand. They have a bunch near the bar at Casino Royale so the drink service is usually pretty good.
Excalibur has some old penny video slots with only 9 lines... so you can play all lines for as little as 9 cents a spin - an option if you are down to your last few dollars and reeeeeeeeally want to stretch it out. Downtown there are lots of these 7-10 line penny slots, especially at Binion's.
Casino Royale has 25 cent video roulette. There is a minimum bet of $2 or $2.50 (I can't remember) but its still pretty cheap and a good way to stretch your money out.
Excalibur has electronic craps for a $2 minimum.
Overall I think the big thing is to just avoid a lot of the newer (last 2-3 years) video slots and you should be able to stretch your money out pretty good. The slots from the last couple of years have all been pretty much geared up to where they have lots of crappy little pays but then occasional HUGE pays. Its nice if you hit a huge pay, but its not that likely so mostly they just grind your money down quickly.
And there are a few reel slots attached to community games (IE: Monopoly Grand Hotel) and those are pretty much the same: designed to have very few little pays but a few HUGE pays now and then so you don't get much play for your money.
As boring as it can be 25c KENO can be used to top up your bankroll.
Failing this low limits craps with 10X Odds, get on a heater and ride it!!!
Best of luck.
I got the machine for you, except I forget what the hell its called. Its at the Excalibur, its a 5 cent 3 reel, so a max bet of 15 cents. The progressive JP starts at $1,000. My mom hit it this summer for a little over $1100 if I recall.
Its over in the sports book area.
Thanks everyone for your good info posts.
Do these reel slots have a jackpot you can hit while betting like 25c a spin?
Thanks, that's just what I was looking for. Do you know if other casinos like PH, Bellagio or Aria have these kind of slots with a jackpot as well?
Go to the Cosmo and do their $100 no loss promo.
This is your best avenue to take.
I was just going to sugest that Turkey.... Play what ever looks like fun over at the Cosmo, lose $100, and they give you $100 in free play.
Get a job
Told you, downtown !
Lower end strip casino's and search!
