    My Trip Report

    Not live, solo trip.

I was in Vegas for a while in January/February, mostly working, trying to get some sun, getting some gambling in, etc. Pretty busy, so I didn't take detailed notes, or do a live blog.

But some interesting things happened - it's Vegas after all - so I thought I'd do a few posts about this and that from the trip.

Here's the first post to kick it off.

Played maybe 15 minutes the first night at T.I., almost nailed it. But there would be plenty of time for more 'almosts'...

    Yes!!!

I really enjoy reading your lively trip reports, Mr. Flusher. Looking forward to it! :nworthy:

PS...do you have your next trip booked, and, if so, when?

Thanks Steph. No, I don't have one booked. I usually don't mention when I'm going because I don't want Jackie Moosereiner to clean out my beer fridge while I'm out of town.

The mark twain of Vegas trip reports is back. Any time I go to MSS I am on the lookout for the flusher business cards.

Ha! I knew it was too long to go without a Flusherific trip. I was wondering if you had finally gotten your hands on some of the IRS refund dollars. I am in the same mood as you, this past trip I really did not feel like blogging it in a trip report. I had a few good hits, but the whole shooter on the strip while we were over in front of the Bellagio after just finishing dinner, left me a little shook up and not really interested in a trip report. Glad your back on duty.

the real answer, is he's too high-profile of a guest and the casino doesnt want the added security detail.

Still haven't seen anything from the IRS since the first few checks. It's been like a year since I filed. It's pretty sad.

Had some decent offers, particularly T.I. We had seeded it with some decent play last time and I just about wet myself when I got a 3 night $250 free play offer. That's based on what about $10K a day between the Quad Queen and me combined. That's better than the Four Queens $300 offer which takes $12K coin in a day now, and is for a property that is not nearly as nice.

Here's the post where I lay out my careful plan of Vegas relaxation and serenity - before it all goes in the dumper.

Thanks goodness...hadn't seen a Flusher TR is so long I was worried the RCMP had raided Royal Canadian Veeblefetzer and was holding the staff until the Belgians coughed up import duties or some such.

Hey, is it just a coincidence that a Flusher TR shows up at the same time Canadians can't apply to be contestants on Jeopardy??
