Some people might think we have a problem, my wife and I call it free stuff.

Since it is to icy to leave the house today, decided to clean out a few drawers in the bathroom.

I'm set for a few years.

That's awesome! I have a stash too, but nothing that could fill a coffee table. Well done!

    That's funny !
I used to take that stuff ---
I find it in plastic containers in my cellar, now.
Also, have a few unopened bottles at work --
    just in case !

I have a few pairs of slippers from Red Rock --
    that I bring to my father's house - so I don't have
to walk in sox on the new white rug !:evillaugh

I took a plastic shopping bag full of those to an assistance place here where I live about a year ago. I like to play "Guess The Casino" from my stash. :)

    That's a great idea!

What I found interesting was how the same casino "brand" bottle got smaller over time.

    We got you beat jpw...
We had a box full of soaps/shampoos, PLUS a closet full of toilet paper rolls/tissue boxes, AND a hamper full of linens (washcloth/hand towel/towels)
That's what happens when you live in a casino 3 days a week for six years...

Toilet paper, tissue, AND linens? And not use them at home? Now THAT is closer to kleptomania. And has nothing to do with being there so much. (Next week's hotel will have them too.)

We have a nice basket of soaps and stuff in the bathroom too. Lately my wife has also started collecting room keys. We have about as many of those as we have players cards. Anyway, here's a funny story concerning hotel soaps you may or may not have read before.

A good use for a lot of that extra swag

And realistically ,you'll most likely be getting more, look in your area if theres a place where you can drop some off for the troops overseas.

That made me laugh! Haha. Honestly I NEVER use any of the hotel stuff.. not sure why.

Collecting keys sounds cool! I'd like to frame a whole bunch of something. Too bad they are usually a lame promo now not just the hotel name.

We haven't bought soap in well over ten years. The lotions and shampoo and the other stuff all go to the shelter. Well, I do keep some for overnight guests to use...
