    Yeah, I think Elaine is pissed and ready to be done with The Steve. It will be interesting if her latest move will result in nullifying the restrictive agreement. What's more interesting is what
    Elaine would do with the cash? Perhaps take a major equity stake in Alon? The Steve losing control of those shares would be a major blow to his control unless they were diluted in ownership
    across say a hundred or so hedge funds who hang on to them.

    Those aren't First World problems. Those are "whatever is so far ahead of the First World it can't even see it in the rear view mirror" problems.
