So having not stayed at either hotel I am trying to determine which suite is the better choice. My travel agent can get us into the Wynn Parlor Suite with a possible free upgrade to the Salon Suite (if available), but the price we would pay would be 13% higher than if I booked through my Wynn Insider membership (no upgrade though). They can also get us into the Palazzo Siena Suite with a free upgrade to the Prestige level at the normal, non-Prestige booking rates. Just wondering which room is better/nicer and does getting a free Prestige upgrade make any difference? Thanks.

The Palazzo is a nicer room. Beds more comfortable and relaxing. The concierge level ammenities at Palazzo are great. No brainer in my mind.

I often stay at palazzo and split my play between the two

Siena suite is decent but IMO doesn't hold a candle to a Wynn Salon Suite. However, a Siena suite is indeed better than a Wynn Parlor Suite. So if you can get the upgrade, IMO it's Wynn Salon Suite all the way. If you can't, go for the Siena. Also the Prestige lounge is....just another lounge with some free food. Nothing special.
