Hello, this is my first post here and I've loved reading through the forum. I'm surprising my husband with a trip in a little over a month. I booked the King Tower Suite. I see it comes with a daily breakfast but that is limited to a certain menu at Tableau, correct? It mentioned personal concierge and excuse my ignorance but what exactly does that mean? Is that who we would contact for room service, reservations and the like? How much do we tip that individual? For tipping for maid service do I just lay the tip on the dresser or bed with a note? I know I should tip per day because staff can change throughout the visit. I'm sorry for what may be stupid questions but I've never stayed in a hotel and have never been to Vegas. We land at 4:20 PM and I've arranged a limo pick up from the airport to Wynn. Is there anything else I need to note/do for our arrival?

    Thanks in advance.

You will be fine. Good choice of lodging.
You shouldn't have any problem with the food credit as they will apply a $$$ amount crdit toward the meal ($40 pp for 2?).
If you need arrangements just call the concierge for restaurant, show etc. info and booking. Get a name and tip.
Leave your housekeeping tip on the bed so as to make it obvious. Some folks put it in an envelope. Daily is best, good info there.
    Have a good time.

Can't disagree with anything Malibugolfer said!

The only other thing you might want to be aware of is the bellman. He/they will welcome you as you leave the limo and ask if you'd like help with your bags. If you don't, then just say no thanks. If you'd like some help, tip the guy who takes them a few bucks per bag and take the ticket he gives you. Give that ticket to the front desk person as you check in and they'll contact the bell desk to let them know where to bring the bags (or, if you aren't going straight to your room, keep the ticket and just call the bell desk when you're ready for your bags to be brought up). A few minutes later a bellman will show up at your room with your bags. Tip him a few bucks per bag as well (and ask him to bring you some ice while you're unpacking if you want to start the trip off with a cocktail:beer:).

Also, tip the limo driver if he's friendly and helps you with your bags. $20 is pretty standard for good service.

You've made an excellent choice in hotels. Your husband will be thrilled, I'm sure. Enjoy and welcome to VMB!
