Both Host and Executive host at Wynn contacted me around same time last year.
Host speaks my native language and Executive host is not.
I booked my last 2 trips thru host, not with executive host.
However Executive host is still sending me an email with his contact information.
I am comfortable with my current host but not sure if I am getting proper comp thru this host.
Because he is a host, not an executive host.
What's the main difference between them? Comp Authority? or is it just title?
For example, I accumulated over 40,000 red card point during 3 days stay. I do not know my Theo. points earned from 100% slot play. NO VP.
I did not use up my upfront F&B during my stay. Only bill I had was spa treatment $350.
My host told me He can't comp my spa treatment unless I am a real high roller.
Cosmo and Aria both comp my spa with 1/3 of play. so this was quite confusing experience.
That made me wonder, If I dealt with Executive Host instead of host???
Is executive host has more authority than a regular host?
Also, anyone familiar with Wynn comp structure?
Who received Spa comp at Wynn and how many points (or Theo) required?
    I would appreciate any advice.

40,000 points but not getting $350 comped?
I think you need a better host. period.

With CET there is a significant difference between a Host and an Executive Host.
From experience I can tell you the Executive Host should not carry the "Host" title as its misleading.
They have no access to your play and therefore can't comp anything.

I think you are referring to an executive sales rep not an executive host at CET. There is a huge difference between those but an executive host is pretty far up the ladder...Rick

Hello, I work at a casino. Generally the Executive Hosts deal with the higher end players. I would suggest giving the Executive Host a try if you're not satisfied with the comps currently being given. The Executive Hosts are generally supervisors and would have more authority.
