I was just making a change to a reservation and called Caesars. At the end of the call, the attendant from Caesars asked me if I would be interested in two free show tickets and $100 free play. I asked if this was already part of the existing reservation or for a new reservation. She told me she had to transfer me. I said ok whereby, I got a howdy from Diane at Wyndham Vacations offering me the above in return for a short 2 hour presentation. I quickly said thanks but no. Is this common now at CET reservations?

I think Wyndham has been the company doing solicitations on property for a while. The phone pitch is new to me.

There is a Wyndham time share office on the second floor of Harrah's back near the garage. Seems pretty crappy to have reservation clerks shilling for them.

I'm also not sure if they are connected, but here at Harrah's in NOLA, there is a "mugging station" right next to the TR desk.. They almost got me one time offering me free tickets when I picked up a new card, took me a few minutes to figure it out, now I avoid that area like the plague.
