As a newer member to the board, I'm really struck by the friendliness between members and the open invites for meeting up on the trips!
If the Vegas Message Board were to have a small pin that could be attached to a lapel or baseball cap, would you get one for walking around Vegas? The point would be for other members to be able to recognize a board member in their travels. Something discreet, like a small VMB and a pair of dice or something.

    Curious.........good idea or bad?

    I'd wear one.
I'm convinced that I've sat at tables with VMB members, but I never asked.
Something like this would break that ice easily.

Seems like forever from now, but the flights are booked, so it counts!

Yes, I see sometimes other members staying in the same hotel and wonder if we may have run into each other in an elevator or something! It would be a great ice breaker if no specific meet ups were planned!

Definitely! I know I have been at the same hotels as others on this board but unless I had seen a picture of them on here...would never know. I remember, in the past that there have been members that buy & wear VMB t-shirts to meets & such. I hate missing the opportunity to other members....

FYI.......I've sent a PM to Sonya for VMB approval and involvement interest. Obviously those that wouldn't be interested don't need to get a pin, lol. Will try and get this rolling as I think it would be fun on a trip looking to see if you can spot another VMB in your travels. Please keep responding to the post so we can give Sonya and idea of how much interest there may be!

    Thanks for responding!!

Take one of your Royal Flusher cards and pin it to your chest with the VMB pin.

Yes, but only if it had a magnet attachment. Don't want holes in my clothes.

Yea, I'd wear one. There was talk a bit ago about VMB Tees, but I wasn't interested in that. I wear a Tee to wash the car or cut the grass, but not on vacation. Old school.
