A giant ferris wheel or a log ride that floats you about 20 feet above the sidewalk of the strip.

I see these giant ferris wheels popping up everywhere but have yet to meet anyone who actually wants to ride one.

The log ride on the other hand would be awesome, especially if you could pull off at certain casinos or just float from one end to the other with drink in hand.

Very interesting concept, that log ride you envision. I like it better than the ferris wheel.

With the log ride at least you get to go somewhere. With the wheel you only go in circles, kinda reminds me of my mundane life, lol!

One of the reasons I go to Vegas. (To go somewhere...not spin in circles.)

I would like a giant ass zip line that starts at Mandalay and ends at Wynn. High above, right down the middle of the strip.

Out of all the possible sights in London alone, the most popular tourist attraction in the United Kingdom is the London Eye with 3.5 million paid visitors annually. New York City announced last September it will be building its own observation wheel on Staten Island.

Clearly, there are people who want to ride one.

Only because they don't have a kick-ass log ride.

They could start by transplanting the monorail and convert it over the strip. Have a splash down in the Bellagio Fountain!

I LOVE Log Rides, my favorite ride, but what about a bigger boat. Other than the shortage of water in LV I think this is a fantastic idea! Like the one at Buffalo Bill's! I loved that one. I love the one at Knotts Berry Farm, too.
A "Jungle Cruise-esque" version of it where 30 or 40 people could ride from one end of the strip to the other. Maybe put a couple ports along the way. Put the baby Hoover Dam on it and a white water "gold mine strip". Not too much back in the crazy 90's days of Vegas Family Theme Parks but mostly a more fun than the stupid tram people mover.
