Why it takes so long to check in

    From time to time when going to book a room on the MLife website, I'd see a bunch of checkboxes come up and then disappear.

    I finally managed to get a screen grab (actually it took 4). There's probably some duplication here because I was clicking on different room types to try to get the checkboxes to come up.

    A front desk clerk or reservations agent is probably looking at some variation of the same thing on their screen.

    Haha interesting find. Some of those options are confusing though. Like what does Krispy Kreme mean? Do you get Krispy Kremes delivered to your room every morning. Or maybe it's a code they check off for really tubby guests. Whatever the case, I'm asking for the Krispy Kreme option next time. :)

    I can think of lots of acronyms for "HFU"....

    Not sure I want to be classified as that type of guest!

    The PMS (Property Management Systems) that MGM properties use are rather simple. They don't see as many stuff as you would expect, unless they're specifically searching for it.
