Pretty sure that the Gold and Rush Towers in the Golden Nugget are both Pillowtop beds.

At the El Cortez the Tower Rooms have either the pillow top or eurotop matresses and a great night's sleep.

I think there was a pillowtop mattress at the D. Bed was VERY comfortable.

    Mattresses

I've stayed at the GN (Carson Tower), Four Queens, Plaza (since remodel), The D, and El Cortez tower rooms. GN, Plaza, and D all have pillow tops, or something so close I couldn't tell the difference. Four Queens and El Cortez, no, but even their mattresses were decent (newer seeming with no permanent depressions).
