Whole wheat pasta on the strip

    Are there any locations on the strip that feature (or substitute) whole wheat pasta for regular on their menu? Very few do where I live, but I prefer it as a healthier choice.

    Thanks for the site information JW. I went with Ferraro's since they are not to far from Encore. Their menu looks good and all the pasta is made fresh on site. (Including the whole wheat) I also like their happy hour. They have Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch, which is my favorite. Thanks again.

    I'll be solo, but I don't think I'll have a problem getting to the $50 minimum to qualify on the gift certificate. I will make sure Sonya's site gets the credit for the sale, especially if it helps her financially here. Will first purchase it about 2 weeks out before departure. Thanks for the heads-up from both you guys.
