I'm just looking over the field, today.
My local sports talk radio hasn't mentioned
hardly anything about the race, yet.
    *
I'm not a horse player but I do get caught up in the excitement
    of these big races.
    *
Last year I picked "Tonalist" ---
Happenned to be driving by a Off Track Parlor -
    so I threw $25 down ( to Win ) + won.
My 3 yr old son + I watched together + high fived - as we won !
He kept yelling "We Won ! We Won !"

Who you like To Win ?
And who's your Long Shot ?

I think one of Baffert's horses wins.

Dortmund and American Pharoah are the two best horses in the race, in my opinion.

Tonalist did not run in the Kentucky Derby.

He did win the Belmont Stakes.
(but by not running the Derby or the Preakness, it was pretty weak-sauce, IMO)

I like it, good luck.

I'm going with a few tri's, keying on the two Baffert horses (American Pharoah (18) & Dortmund (8) ) that will likely go off as co-favorites. I will also sprinkle a few win bets on some longshots - the two I like right now are 5 & 15.

    8,18 / 2,5,12,15 / 8,18

    2,5,12,15 / 8,18 / 2,5,12,15

5 is my longshot too, not thrilled with Danzig's jockey though. I really like those Tri picks as well.

I need one more trip to up my frequent flier level

Watching the pre-show. Itsaknockout has a horse blanket advertising the fight tonight -- thought that was funny and fitting too. Guess I will root for one of the long shots. Hopefully someone will be posting a big win on here.
