Do you want to buy it, or do you want it comped for your play? I think the answers are different to those two questions.

Also, are you looking for a bar or a restaurant or on the casino floor?

My wife says she had the best margarita of her life the last time we were in vegas. But it was during a $275 meal at Craft Steak, so that may not be what you were looking for.

Definitely Hussong's Cantina at Mandalay Place.

On their website, they claim to have invented the Margarita.:licklips:

Javier's at Aria makes a decent rita. Margaritaville has a great variety also. Had one there with habanero and jerk seasoning in it :licklips:

I was thinking more along the lines of a place to stop between casino's. As one other poster mentioned Yolos makes a good one. There used to be joint in the back of TI but i can't remember the name of it.

Lance at the sports book bar at Bellagio claims to make the best one ever. I'm not sure if that's true, but they are pretty tasty. :)

Good plan! For hangover remedies, the hair of the dog always works. :)

Only thing in the "Back" of TI I can think of is Kahunaville. Unless you were thinking of La Isla which isn't in the back.. but closed down a few months ago. Hit them all up as you said!! In addition to places already mentioned, one should also probably include Diablo's at Monte Carlo in the discussion. My personal favorite was at Dos Caminoes when it was around in the Palazzo but saddenly they've been closed awhile now. I'm a big fan of Yolo's now though.

Very good. It was Isla. I liked that place for happy hour, good value.

Hair of the dog for me is the following:

Salt and vinegar chips plus vodka with pedalite on lots of ice. Semi hair of the dog i guess.

    Casino Royale?

Ok, they kinda suck, but they are only $1. They taste like the ones that you buy premixed in the grocery store. They are the only Margaritas I had in Vegas, so I can't help any more than that.

Straight up margs, no frat-party alternations: Good tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, spot of Grand Marnier, rocks.
