Which hotel steakhouse uses grass fed beef?

    Sensi at bellagio has a grass fed filet. It was excellent.

    Ferraro's Italian restaurant has grass fed and I think N9NE does too. FYI, if you are interested in Ferraro's make sure to buy a Restaurant.com certificate. Cuts the price of dinner considerably.

    Tender has New Zealand range-fed filet.
