Hello, where do the cool kids eat sushi in vegas these days? There's probably more than one hot spot so feel to list up to 3.

On strip, I remain a Yellowtail (Bellagio) fan... off-strip, Kaison Fusion Roll & Sushi is outstanding across the street from Hard Rock by the CVS.

fish and cold sake choices are better at BR, but the hostesses and waitresses at YT all look like they came out of a Robert Palmer video from the 80's
    so therein lies the quandary

Can't go wrong with Nobu. Bar Masa has a good reputation. I also like Sushi Roku on Forum Shops and Social House in Crystals.

Do you want a hip atmosphere or the best fish?
I've eaten at all the strip places, many of which several times, and BR gets the crowd.
But Bar Masa (and Mizumi) get the Japanese patrons.
    Takayama is a fantastic chef.

+1 Kabuto which is off strip in Chinatown and serves traditional Japanese nigiri sushi. I recommend ordering omakase and their Otoro is to die for!

Any thoughts on Rice and Company in Luxor? They have a $50 Gift card (when you spend $100) on MyVegas, and we were considering getting it since we will be at Luxor for one of the nights of our upcoming trips?
