Yep, we use it too. Never any issues with it.

We book all our dinner reservations on Open Table. I noticed this year that Bellagio has its own reservation system and it is NOT as efficient as OT

I used open table twice...once at Homestead Steak House and once at the Sterling Brunch. Both times the restaurant didn't have my reservation (but both accommodated us). For Sterling Brunch, I call Bally's-LV and ask the operator to put me through to the Sterling Brunch and make my reservation directly with them. Nothing to it and I know there will be no mix up. I call on the weekend 1 or 2 weeks prior to my visit so that the Sterling staff is there to book me.

We use open table all the time. A lot of times they list reservations available that aren't open of you call the restaurant directly. You also get nice reminders close to the date of your reservation.

We've received over $150 in open table award checks and have another $35 in our bank with them now. What's not to love?
