When should I book Wynncore if I plan on traveling in November?

Info: I'm planning on going to Vegas and staying at Encore (or Wynn) from Thursday to Friday. I signed up previously for Wynn Insider and stayed here before, but I rarely go Vegas so I don't get many offers. My gambling expense is like $500-700 so I'm not a high roller either but I do like the feel of a higher end hotel and willing to spend more on that then to gamble extra.

Question: Since it's July already, when should I book my stay since and I haven't seen many offers for the Fall. In addition, what's the best "value" for somebody planning to stay for 2 nights in November, Thursday-Saturday and do they frown upon me signing up for multiple e-mails just to try and get the best deals from the Wynn Insider? (Since they already have my name staying there and previous owner of a Red Card I created a new e-mail and saw that I can do the same thing for the offer listed below.).

Currently I see this value which is the best one but it's from a new e-mail I created just for this purpose.

RED CARD SIGN UP OFFER (Not sure if I qualify since I've already signed up for another account) "Enjoy a Wynn Las Vegas Room from $139 per night Sunday through Thursday or from $229 per night Friday and Saturday. Book now and receive two complimentary passes to The Buffet when you stay three or more nights."

It comes out to be $483.84 for 2 nights + 2 complimentary buffets.

I can also book via Expedia which comes out to be $329/person (excluding Resort Fee so that'd prob like $370/person) for 2 nights and including airfare, that might be cheaper then actually booking through Wynn. I just like the idea of having me staying at a hotel recorded as me booking through them. Not sure if that makes a difference....

Bonus question: How's the weather in November? I know it's a desert so weather will fluctuate every year but it's the end of the year and it'll tend to be colder. Do I have to wear layers at night especially if I'm with my girlfriend (who'll most likely need to dress up extra layers to not freeze to death if we're going out to a club/dinner)? Would it be hot enough to swim during the day?

Bonus question 2: I might want to stay at Venetian or Palazzo instead if the price is right. Does anyone have any suggestions on that as well?

TLDR: Going to Vegas in November. Should I wait a little before I book or should I just do it now because price won't come down anymore. I created a fake account to try and get the best deals for new users but not sure if they frown upon that. I can also book through Expedia for a slightly cheaper price. How's the weather in November?

Always book Wynn or Encore as early as you're certain when you're going. Las Vegas resorts oddly tend to fill up from the top down. Also, no matter what it looks like, you will always get the best deal booking directly with Wynn, on the website, as a Wynn Insider. Always, no exception, except there is an exception when you get an occasional personalized promo deal in the mail. Those offers are hit and miss, and usually only for standard resort rooms. Otherwise, go to the Wynn Insider web site-there is never a better deal. Ever. If you think there is, look again, there's a catch somewhere. There are usually several Insider deals on regular resort rooms-just pick the best one. On higher value rooms and Tower Suites the best deal is usually the 15% off, all the time, deal. Don't book through third party travel services-you'll regret it.

November weather is chilly, for Vegas, but maybe not for Minnesotans. Look at "monthly weather averages" on weather.com for November averages. You'll generally have cool mornings, but sometimes warmer afternoons. I never take more than a jacket.

Hope this helps. We've made more than !20 trips to Las Vegas, and Wynn is now our only choice. They're the best, easily.

I'm a member of WynnInsider but I get the best deal using the Wynn Air/Hotel package on their website. It beats every other deal I put together. The only thing is that it is not related to WynnInsider. So maybe that is why I don't get the special offers.

an I ask you how you got that deal?> Was it via their website because I don't see anything of that sort. Perhaps I don't go as often as you do that's why.

Do you think there'll be like a winter deal a couple months down the line? Something like the summer one that offers 2 buffets and $129-200/night?

Check both websites, and can book both stays if you want. See if better offers come down the line....

But if you use Expedia or whatever, you won't have the option to change your mind.

I'm a regular visitor at those props., and believe Wynn books up sooner than Ven/Palz.
For example, I'm already booked for a Tourney at Wynncore mid-Dec.

While Ven/Palz doesn't even have their offers out that far.

I only get comp offers, so don't pay as much attention to the deals.
Just thought I would explain that if you decide on Wynncore stay?
Best to book it sooner, than later.

Also like to add, I think Wynn buffet is still a nice perk if your stay
    comes with those.

On the Wynn website you'll see an option at the top for "AIR & HOTEL PACKAGES". It's right next to the WYNN Insider option.

I'm from Ontario to give you an idea of the weather I usually endure. Probably the same winters as Minn.

My two trips have been at the end of the first week in December. Both times I have been able to get away with shorts and a tee or long sleeve tee during the day. My wife would wear long pants during the day or capris and she always brought a jacket but she would complain about being cold if we visited the sun in the offseason.

At night it's long pants and a jacket. I wear jeans and a Columbia or Under Armour type pullover or zip long sleeve and have been just fine.

FYI, using an app "ExpDeals" I am finding Encore room rates of $127/night for a 5 night stay in early December; rack rates are considerably higher.
I have my trip already booked for those dates using a non-transferrable email offer from Wynn I received a few days ago; each night except for one was at $129/night. Wednesday night 12/7 is $189...
Looks like the ExpDeals would be a good way to go if you are sure you won't be cancelling (you'd pay up front, no cancellation allowed).

Is that the new Priceline Express Deals app? I think I got a press release about it, but haven't looked at it yet.

So I was able to book my trip for November by calling the representative. They found that I stayed there less than a year ago and couldn't really explain to me why I didn't get any Fall offer yet. She was able to give me an awesome deal of $125 for thursday night and $209 for friday night in addition got 2 free buffets. I also booked Aria via myvegas for a free night (excluding resort of $35 though) so I can fly in late on Wednesday and just move on over to Wynn afterwards.
