I don't frequent this page much as I don't play much at those casinos but did so this past trip with the hopes of getting offers and migrating from MGM.

When I logged in today it said there was no account and had to create one.

Since it worked a few months back it gets me wondering if they changed and if anyone else was required to create a new account.

With all the scams out there one never knows if a web page was hacked in order to obtain information from people.

They changed it back in March.

Back then it gave the option to create a user name for the site or you could just use your TR# as your username (thats what I did).

Right about the same time (if not exactly) that the TR game started. Took me a lot to get used to logging in with a username instead. I know it lets me use either now, but at first I could only get the user name to go thru & not the TR#.

Actually seems like a nice web site. Maybe MLife should use their IT people. :wink2:

I continue to claim that CET has people working at Mlife and sabotaging their website. There is NO WAY, someone is getting paid to suck that bad, for so long.

Hasn't it been the same mess at mLife for over a year now? Seems like they should be able to void the contract for non performance ic it's an external service company. Or fire the people if it's done internally!

MGM has a staff of nearly 70,000 people. The decision making process will be gargantuan, which is why they are having so many problems.

A bad system was obviously originally specced, and it's going to take years to rectify it. For a company that size the time to market would be at least 3 years for a whole new booking and reservations system. I'd probably ask for a five year program if it wasn't mission critical though.

And how many more years to recover from the bad image it portrays for them right now ??

That's not the point. The point is that they can't just decide to do something and then have it done within a week.

Cars are a good example. Once a duffer is out there, the manufacturer is stuck with it until the new model is ready.
