I'm curious to hear from those who try to extend their play as long as possible and also from those that love to "make it rain" in chips, scattering the board hoping to hit it big. I personally enjoy playing the thirds while also putting singles on 0 and double 0.

I typically play set numbers Including 0 & 00. Occasionally I will use the scatter method and will join the table on popular numbers to see how high we can stack a certain number.

I enjoy taking the minimum table bet in ones and literally push them in one motion over the board. Wherever they end up closest to, that's what I go with. Not rocket science but it's all just as random. I don't do this when a) there are others at the table or b) when I am losing hideously.....

I bet 5-10 chips inside, including at least one
straight up on No. 22. Why 22? It was the number that was rigged to win in the movie "Casablanca". I figure that is as good a system as any other.

I play 0/00, 5, 17, 20 and 22 heavy on 17. Occasionally I will play 13. My mom always asked me to play it for her.

Two straight numbers (19 & 27), a 6/9 split, and two corner bets that vary from spin to spin. I usually add at least something on the odd/even or red/black. The amounts on each bet can vary if things are hitting.

3, 12 and 16, red and 1-18. maybe adding a combo off of those numbers like 3 and 00 or 1-3. if I don't feel luck with my wifes and mi=y birthdays then I will play something with the 5, 10 and 25 for my childrens birthdays

Try the 12/6 system works really good especially if you can find a $5 table.

best way to extend your session length is to just bet on red or black for the table min, (lowest variance)

best way to increase your variance is to bet everything on a single number and either go BIG or go home

Subscribing to the theory of the ball not having a memory, I play the same spread every spin, in the same amounts:
    $40 on 23
    $25 each on 17, 20, 21
    $5 on 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, 19, 26, 32 and 35
$160 a spin. 13 numbers, so covering 1/3 of the board. Zero in on sections of the wheel (23, 4, 35) and (17, 20, 32, 5, 7). Other numbers kids birthdays and such. $5 hits keep me in the game and if one of the 4 big one hit, I walk after two blank spins. Sometimes I win big. Majority of time I don't.

Buy in with $20 in dollar chips at a $5 min table.
Gives me 4 spins and play straight-up numbers; except I always split the 0/00 with a chip. Set the other 4 on my favorite numbers and hope for a hit.
If I build my stack up to $60, I cash out. Usually I'm gone in the 4 spins though. :rolleyes2:

I do not normally play roulette, but when I do, I use the 12/6 system... Place splits on 0-00, 1-4, 2-3, 13-14, 23-24, and 35-36.

This covers the 0 and the next 5 numbers on the wheel to the right as well as the 00 and the 5 numbers to the right of that. So, you are playing two separate slices of the wheel and obviously hoping to hit those two sections.

I will usually buy in for $100 and play nickels ($5 chips) betting one unit per split to start. If I hit, I will take the 18 winning chips (17-1 + original bet) and bet 3 chips per split. If I win a second time, this is where it gets really fun... I'll take the 51 chips won, and the 3 from my bet and then place 9 on each split... After hitting the 3rd time, it works out to 162 chips x $5 = $810.

I will then cash in and put $700 in my pocket and play with the rest. It happens a lot more than you'd think and can be a lot of money in a short period of time. You can also lose your original wagers really quick to.

I play sections as well. In my TR from Dec I have a win of 8k and a few hours later another win of 12k. Both wins I bought in 400$ in 25$ chips and played a 6 section. 8 12 19 29 25 31. I hit 3-4 numbers in a row for ea. With ea hit I generally add another 4 numbers 17 20 32 etc until I'm playing at least a 3rd of the wheel with sections across from ea other. Turning 800 into 20k is rare. the next trip I didn't hit a single number for at least 8 spins. Feast or famine game and when I'm playing with house money I press like crazy hoping for the grand salami
