Write that next article or start packing for Kauai?!?! :confused2:
pack, and write the article on the plane ride over.
Jeez Ken, I know you've been to Hawaii many times, but you are acting like a giddy teenager thinking about his first date.
For a true local's experience, be sure to check out Hamura Saimin in Lihue.
There is splendid irony in that statement.
Thanks for the tip.
Is that the place with the Halo Halo shave ice? If it is, the saimin there is very good.
Hey, veejbeej, how many pairs of golf shoes should I take?
Minimum 2, probably 3 so you can be fashion coordinated, lol
I don't think so, as I don't remember shave ice on the menu. Also, if you insist on pristinely clean restaurants, Hamura Saimin might make you a little uncomfortable.
I think it is the same place. The shave ice stand is in the far corner of the restaurant, immediately on the left as you walk in, and the big lunch counter would be in the center of the restaurant. The Kress st. address rings a bell. It wouldn't be a menu item, the shave ice is just a little counter in the very corner of the restaurant. I remember the big bowls of saimin also.
How much time does it take to pack, really, you procrastinator?!?
Separate names with a comma.
