Bellagio rooms would be nice. I have to think they will add them at some point.
some downtown stuff would be nice
buffets for 2, tickets to Michael Jackson one, free slot play
MyVegas is something that MGM casino's created. It is only good for their properties. MGM does not own any properties downtown.
--Bring back the 2 night room rewards (along with the 2 night suite rewards).
--how about a "no resort fee for your stay" reward?
--bring back free room rewards without resort fees (you can have two tiers, one for lower LP where you pay the resort fee, one for a little more where there are no resort fees).
--buffets/show tickets/anything else for 2.
I understand that. I was simply wishing lol.
Basic F&B credits for a property, not just a specific restaurant such as $50, 100, 150, etc.
Rewards for properties outside Vegas
This would be the one thing we'd be most pleased to see. Even if the credit was part of a minimum spend. As I said in an earlier post, dh and I both have 350,000 + lp's and not a clue how we're going to spend any. We're not cirque fans, we tend to stay at Bellagio and other places in suites, and we're a tad older than the clubbing crowd...lol....(in my 50's so pounding dj music and table service do not appeal to me )for so at this point I expect we'll be getting tickets for our secretary who will be in Vegas the same time as us next yr. Other than Fleur which we really wanted, and the Mirage tower suite the only thing left now for us seems to be the caviar tasting. Unfortunately a glass of champagne at prime/le cirque rolleyes wouldn't be enough temptation for us to choose those over say SW, Eiffel Tower etc. We may choose them in any event but a discount off the meal would likely seal the deal.
I cant for the life of me understand why they don't have more of those types of dinner rewards. In many of the higher end mGM restaurants it isn't unusual to spend $300 plus with wine for 2, and if they were offering say a $100 credit with a min spend, I would expect they would get many who would otherwise not try the restaurants, and potentially open up an entirely new market for continuing customers. Seems to be a win-win for the restaurants but perhaps Im missing something?
I just noticed that myv has begun to do exactly what I mentioned in my post....now perhaps they'll begin to do so with a wider variety of restaurants so that we might actually be able to find something to do with our points...Dh keeps laughing at me over this, because by the time all is said and done we usually end up pretty much fully comped in any event but I just want to feel like we get something from all our play on MV
How long has it taken you to get 350,000 points???
Would love to see the 90-day time frame eliminated...that way could just grab the offers that appeal to me (Sporting House!) instead of watching them vanish before I'm within the 90-day window. Sigh...
About 7 months
Use points to cover resort fees
Use points for M-Life gift cards that are usable at ANY MGM property for ANYTHING/PLACE available that you would normally pay for---Shows, ANY shop or restaurant on the property.
Michael Jackson One.
(Hoping by 2014 maybe!)
I'd like to see more cabana offers. I'm treating myVegas as a way to score something free that I may not normally purchase / do on my own while I was there. IE: I'd spend $$$ on a nice dinner anyways (gatta eat right?) but I wouldn't spend $$$ on a cabana - BUT - if I got it for free / earned it via myVegas - I would definitely do it!
- line passes
- tier credits (they don't affect offers, benefits are less tangible)
- limo pick up
- flat out resort credit
- A queue system where by closer upcoming trips would be verified allowing for increased ability to buy "sold out" rewards.
- Put the Cabana's back
- Match Play coupons
- Alteration of the redemption limit to only limit purchases over a certain point value (who cares if someone wants to get 5 or 6 decks of cards)
- More spa deals (Hot shave please)
I would like the 2 nights stays come back so it just counts as one reward and not 2 different one, when you can only use 3.
More Pool options (cabana)'
More food options
Retail and free play.
I'd be a huge fan of spa rewards. Retail is a great idea, too (thanks, JosieCat).
Offer branded merchandise for points. Seems like good advertising to me! It's also a nice way for people who might not have been playing too long but are heading there soon to spend a few points. It's an easy way to get people onto the property: to pick up a t-shirt.
Separate names with a comma.
