Hey all I'm looking at going to Vegas this year, but if I don't it will probably be 2018 until I go.

i'm just wondering what happens with comps from CET? Right now I get some comp rooms and otherwise usually decent discounts on specific days. Will I totally fall off the radar or will I get some type of teaser offers to Luer be back in?

I've thought about this question before, not with CET but other properties, one thing I did when I knew it would be a couple years between trips is just to book one of their offers then with plenty of notice cancel it, seems ive stayed on their radar as I continued to get offers past the one I cancelled through the next year.

provided its not gonna cost you anything in cancellation, why not try

Most casinos have 18-24 months and your comp points expire. They don't delete you from the system, so if you have had a host in the past, it's a good idea to contact them and let them know you're ready to come back. If you don't have a host, the offers may dry up to some extent, but you can usually still get some email deals and book one of those and then see on the back end if you earned enough comps to cover any of your expenses.

Do you get comped rooms now? I see where you are looking for low cost places to stay downtown.

I had a great chat with curt from the plaza, almost to the day before he wasn't there anymore, and he seemed to get that people from another country may only come annually abouts, he noted that on my file and said I wouldn't be forgotten, maybe that approach would help you too? Let them know you're an every other year guy and then they know what to expect.

I usually stay on a comp, or discount. That's doesn't mean that I have comps whenever I want, I just usually book dates around comps and good discounts. However, this year I am going with some buddies for a birthday, and they have set the date...so I don't know if I will have a comp on those days.

I'm still doing social rewards, so I keep my account active that way.
