My stay at the LVH, Jul 11-3 booked with Otel (there is a transaction fee but waived with a SW CC as they are in TUR.).It as been a good number of years since I stayed here but would again. The front desk didn't put me in an Otel room whereas some properties have certain rooms that go to the discounters. My rate for the 2 nites was a little over $30 total.

That's a good price and works out to $15/night... but keep in mind that this property charges a resort fee.

http://www.vegas.com/incl/resortfees.html has a list of resort fees... LVH (the former Hilton) is now the Westgate Hotel and Casino Resort and shows up as $18.00/night plus taxes.

So, you are now paying $33/night plus taxes. Hope this isn't a shocker to you.

P.S. There are some hotels/resorts (but not a whole lot left) that do not charge these fees... scroll all the way down to the document I linked to see who they are.

Yes, with taxes, the resort fee alone, for 2 nights, is about $42, and does not include anything really useful except for internet access for ONE device. At least most hotels throw in a bottle of water, newspaper, or coffee with that.

I didn't have to pay a resort fee(s). They were taken care of.

They (LVH) didn't say and I didn't ask. There was no gambling with a card.
