    Im not too sure i like the sound of this reviatlization thing.

    Sounds more like fancying the place up, inviting in a bunch of hipsters and rasing prices.

    Also agree this is great for Downtown. Let's face it - old and crappy just doesn't sell like it used to.

    I doubt Tony's interested in getting into the casino business, but I could see that land redeveloped into the downtown grocery store that everybody claims is holding the area back from being a new urban paradise.
